At Avtaari Aura LLP, we understand that leaving your child in someone else’s care is one of the hardest and most emotional decisions a parent makes. That’s why we don’t offer regular caretakers. We carefully train, certify, and place professional baby caretakers who are not only skilled but also gentle, responsible, and emotionally aware of a child’s needs.

The Heart Behind Avtaari

Amruta is an accomplished HR professional with 12+ years of experience in training and people development, having worked across industries such as Manufacturing, Energy, Telecom, E-commerce, and Cosmetics. Her expertise spans from training blue-collar workforces to developing leadership teams.

Motherhood in 2018 marked a turning point. While searching for a trained caretaker for her own newborn, someone skilled in hygiene, modern baby-care practices, and responsibility Amruta identified a critical gap between demand and professional care standards.

Driven to create change, she personally trained 84 domestic workers in baby care, enabling 64 of them to be placed in premium households with dignity, confidence, and improved compensation. This vision became the foundation of Avtaari.

Why Avtaari Was Born

"I wanted to bridge the gap between skilled demand and unskilled supply, and uplift domestic workers through training, respect, and transformation."

On 15th July 2025, her daughter’s first birthday, Amruta launched Avtaari a platform built to empower three key groups:

Domestic Workers with real skills and dignity of labour, Customers with dependable, trained professionals, and Placement Agencies with job-ready staff.

The name “Avtaari” is inspired by her children, Avyaan and Taarini, and the belief that every individual can take on a new avatar of professionalism and growth.

At Avtaari, women are trained not just to work but to become skilled experts, confident professionals, and respected individuals.

Avtaari envisions a future where domestic workers are skilled, empowered, and respected professionals, leading dignified, self-supporting lives with stable earning opportunities. At the same time, we aim to become the first choice for parents seeking trusted, professional childcare at home giving families the confidence to pursue their careers and daily routines knowing their children are in safe, caring, and capable hands.

Mission

Avtaari’s mission is to build a structured childcare ecosystem by training, upskilling, coaching, and certifying domestic workers into professional Baby Caretakers. Through hands-on practice, evaluation, and behavioural grooming, we enable them to deliver safe, hygienic, and development-focused care. In doing so, we create lasting value for workers, parents, and partners rooted in trust, accountability, dignity of labour, and consistent quality of care.
